While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with BLVDblack, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. Any open merchandise will be not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@blvd.black. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Should you choose to return your product there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.  


When it comes to refunds, you have two options:

Cash Refund
Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.

Store Credit
We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-20 business days. 

Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCEPTIONS:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
